"Slow replies and not much help"
Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve anything. It kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of actually helping me sort it out

The whole experience was smooth. The plants arrived nicely packed and were well protected in the box. One pot had spilled a little bit of soil, but it wasn’t a big deal at all.

The plants showed up in good shape and looked healthy, so I’ll give them that. But they were definitely smaller than I expected, which was kind of frustrating. Like, I’m glad they’re alive and not half-dead in the box, but still… I was hoping for something a little more substantial. Overall fine, just wish they had been a bit bigger

To be fair, the plants did arrive, but they weren’t the ones I ordered. It seems like no one really checked the order properly before sending it out, which was disappointing.

I was only looking for a few hedging plants and somehow ended up with way more choices than I expected. Most of the sizes were actually in stock too, which was a nice change from the usual “here’s everything we don’t have” experience. The site was easy enough to browse, and for once I didn’t spend half the time getting excited about plants I couldn’t buy.

I ordered a couple of plants and the delivery took way longer than the date they showed. The tracking barely updated either, which was annoying. The plants turned out okay in the end, but i wouldn’t call the whole thing reliable.

I’ve noticed that when plants are priced this fairly, there’s usually some tradeoff, but that wasn’t the case here. The plants showed up looking healthy and in good shape, and for the price, I really don’t have anything to complain about.
